These terms govern your use of GBP Manager ("the Service"), operated by The Apps Galore, at https://gmb.theappsgalore.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under your credentials. You must be authorized to manage any Google Business Profile you connect.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with Google's Business Profile policies. You will not use it to post deceptive content, generate fake reviews, gate or suppress reviews, or otherwise abuse Google's platforms. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Google's policies.
The Service interacts with Google Business Profile through Google's official APIs at your direction. Your use of Google data is also subject to Google's terms. Availability of Google APIs is outside our control, and Google's review/moderation decisions (e.g. on posts or reviews) are made by Google.
New workspaces start with a free trial (length shown at sign‑up); no payment card is required to begin. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Paid plans are priced per location on a monthly or annual term, as shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your payment method on file, until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal - no email, no phone call needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep access until then, and are not charged again. Fees already paid are non‑refundable except where required by law; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. Changing the number of locations adjusts your charge, prorated by Stripe. Every charge is confirmed by an emailed receipt, and the amount and renewal date are always visible in your billing portal. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at support@theappsgalore.com - billing mistakes on our side are corrected promptly. Because the Service is delivered continuously from the moment of payment, disputing a legitimate charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us may result in suspension of the workspace while the dispute is open, and we will provide the card networks with our records of your signup, usage and cancellation options.
Some accounts may be billed by arrangement outside Stripe; in that case access runs for the period paid for and lapses if not renewed. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
The AI Assistant (review reply drafts, content drafts, action plans) is included with paid plans. AI output is always a draft: you review, edit and publish it, and you are responsible for what you publish. AI usage is subject to fair‑use limits (a per‑minute rate and a generous monthly allowance) designed to keep the feature fast for everyone; accounts that exceed them are throttled, not charged extra. For businesses selling regulated goods, AI suggestions are constrained to stay within Google and Apple content policies.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy and Security & Compliance page. You may export or delete your data and disconnect Google at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Google on your profiles.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable policies.
