We want billing to be the least surprising part of GBP Manager. This page explains exactly what you'll be charged, when, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Every new workspace starts with a 15-day free trial. We do not ask for a payment card to start, so there is nothing to forget to cancel: if you do nothing, the trial simply ends and you are never charged.
Paid plans are priced per managed location, monthly or annually, at the rates shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. The exact amount is displayed on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm, and again on the emailed receipt after every charge. Adding or removing locations adjusts the next charge, prorated by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled - this is stated at checkout, on the pricing page and in our Terms. Your renewal date and amount are always visible in the billing portal, and Stripe emails a receipt for every renewal.
Open the billing portal from your account and click cancel. That's it - no email required, no retention call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep full access until then and are not charged again. You can also delete your account entirely at any time.
Because GBP Manager is a digital service delivered continuously from the moment of payment, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial periods, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. We make two practical exceptions, at our discretion:
Email support@theappsgalore.com with the receipt and we will respond within 2 business days. Nearly every billing issue is resolved faster this way than through a card dispute. If you dispute a legitimate charge with your card issuer without contacting us, the workspace may be suspended while the dispute is open, and we will provide the card networks with our records: your signup and terms acceptance, service delivery logs, receipts, and the self-serve cancellation option that was available to you throughout.
Accounts billed by separate arrangement (e.g. invoice) run for the period paid for and lapse if not renewed. Refunds for such arrangements follow the same principles above.
