Data Deletion

How to delete your data and account. Last updated August 2026

You are always in control of your data in GBP Manager. This page explains exactly how to remove it - a specific connection, or your entire account - and what happens when you do.

1. Disconnect a Google or Apple connection

In the app, go to Connections and choose Disconnect on the Google or Apple account you want to remove. This immediately:

  • revokes the access/refresh tokens we hold for that account;
  • stops all syncing for its locations; and
  • deletes the cached content we synced from that account (reviews, Q&A text, reviewer photos, and location payloads) along with the connection record.

You can also revoke our access directly from your Google Account permissions page at any time.

2. Delete your entire account

To permanently delete your workspace and everything in it, email support@theappsgalore.com from your account email address with the subject "Delete my account". (A self-service Delete account button in Settings → Account is also available where enabled.)

We verify the request comes from the account owner, then permanently delete your account, all connected Google/Apple connections and their tokens, your locations, posts, reviews, templates, settings, and any synced or derived data. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. What we may retain

After deletion we retain only what the law requires - for example, billing and tax records for completed transactions - kept in a restricted, access-controlled form and never used to provide the service. We do not retain Google or Apple user data after deletion.

4. Third-party platforms

Deleting your GBP Manager data does not delete the underlying listings on Google or Apple - those remain under your control on the respective platform. Deletion here only removes the copy of data we hold and our access to your accounts.
